sounds like a splitter issue. if you know where the main splitter is located. go ahead replace it.    Try getting a good splitter from 5MHz to 1000 MHz.   u can call to tech support see if they can run...

I had the same problem with Caller ID, spent an hour on the phone with tech support (in Mexico), as a last resort they did a factory reset on my router (Actiontec Rev. I) and the problem disappeared....

OK, so what do I have to do for a "factory reset"?  Is that holding the reset butoon and then having to reset all my wireless and other settings?  Or is just a router eboot acceptable?

TV keeps cutting out

When I am watching TV on HD the TV will cut out during commercials and go black. If I don't flip the channel fast enough it will completely freeze and I will have to turn the TV off and then back on....

 you can save your config off prior to factory reset and then reload after reset.I don't have access to my router right now, but I beleive it is under system menu.
