The guy from Verizon seems to think that they are having poor reception from those particular station vendors, I have to agree. So until Verizon implements an SLA with these stations, I think we are stuck.- Cozzmo
This is the case with me as well. I have a 50/50 chance of anything i record off Palladia being completely unwatchable garbled mess or black screen, while other stations including HD stations come in clear, which wouldn't be happening with a bad connection on my end. The other half the time Palladia looks & sounds great. Please fix the problems on your end Verizon & stop trying to blame customers first for weak quality control on your end. The troubleshooting guide should start with in house infrastructure first & then work your way to the customers local setup.
