Guide scrolls uncontrollably. Motorola QIP7100 2

This morning I turns on my TV to watch the news, and when changing the channel, the guide suddenly began scrolling rapidly, not stopping until the end of the list of channels. It also does this when I go into the setup menu. Pressing in any direction on the remote makes it scroll the options until it runs out of options to scroll through.

I've tried unplugging the box twice now, but it doesn't fix it. Tried 3 different remotes, and the same problem with all three.
