Hi,
We are new to Verizon and had our FIOS service installed about a month ago. When the installation was done a 2ft by 2ft square of concrete was cut out on the side of our house, we were told that same day that a follow up crew would be by that week to then fill the hole back in.
Well it's been a month now, and after several calls to customer service we still have a hole in our concrete slab. There have been 3 separate dates now where we were assured that the crew would return. Those data came and went with no - shows on each occasion.
I am becoming extremely frustrated now as this is holding up work that we had planned to do on the house. I am seriously considering canceling my fios service if this damage is not repaired very soon.
Has anyone experience anything similar to this?
