Is it all channels or only certain ones?
If you have more than 1 STB, does it happen on all STBs?
Have you tried checking cable connections?
Start at ONT and verify that all connections are tight.

I got Fios two days ago. everything looks ok except my internet connection to tv. it is a hard wired connection (ethernet) from router extender to wall and then wall to TV (using a netgear powerline). It worked just fine when I had optimum services.
fios internet connection via Powerline works ok for my laptop.
my tv keeps telling me "download - not available" when I try to load youtube.
I tried to get help from fios but they were not very helpful.
can anybody out there help?
thanks

Quick solution is under your smart tv settings go and reset back to original day you bought it.
then plug in the ethernet cable to the tv and to a lan port on router.
if you connect wirelessly after the tv is reset you look for your WiFi SSID (network name) then click connect. Use the password from the router/extender depending on which one you are using.
Thanks a lot. This started happening with brand new LG OLED 65 C8 and also was happening on a Samsung 55KS8000. I was at my wits end. Thank you very much for you fix.😀😀😀

Hi Remote doesn’t find my box to use it - won’t work

I had exact same issue. Started trying other manufacturer names on screen an it worked. My Motorola box works by picking ADB. Crazy but works like a charm. Hop you get your problem fixed.
Rented/download two movies to watch via Flex View on Apple iPad. Both downloaded OK; however, one movie (Deadpool 2) states "Download complete. Tap to get license". I've tapped quite a few times and nothing happens. When I tap the "Watch" button very quickly the words "acquiring license" appears and disappear within a second. Any help would be appreciated...
It's a real shame. I think this is the 3rd thread I've started about this and I have not gotten a definitive answer yet.
This is mainly a peer to peer support forum.
So if none of us have had the same issue, we won't have an answer.
Have you contacted support?
1800Verizon or twitter @verizonsupport?
I have found twitter support helpful. Not quite real time, but no waiting on hold.
So for everyone who is switching back from the VMS boxes and say they are Motorola stbs what is the difference between the Motorola and these Cisco CHS 335HDC boxes?
Thank you...I’ll have to try the same technique. Honestly, I gave up for the time being and moved on with life. LG’s official response was basically “We’re sorry you’re having problems. Every box is a little different, so good luck.”
🙄
I am setting up the set up box, but [Step 3. Activation, Error code 3201, Waiting for DAC init.] Is displayed and will not proceed
I hear you about moving on. Are you satisfied with the LG besides the Magic Remote? We are just getting started with ours. 55UK6500, purchased at Costco.
Since August 26, 2018, the Verizon Fios TV App will not stream or show its online guide. I have uninstall/reinstall the app and signed out/signed into the app.
The App Guide states "No Data Available".
The streaming section will show tv programs available for viewing. However, when I click to stream a show, it shows the following issues: "Airing on Dec 31 1969, 7:00PM" and "No Data.....Oops! We weren't able to load the data. Please retry later."
It seems to affect all channels on the app.
Can you use your FIOS equpment in your RV?
Have you reported issue via app?
I am having a similar issue in that I can't stream recorded content.
Have reported and waiting on a response.
The more people that report, the more attention it should bring.
