It took me forever to figure out how to even send feedback to the right person via the Verizon Website, and still I was unsuccessful, so I decided to turn here to the forums in hoes that someone at Verizon would read this and fix the problem.
The "My Fios" app has a "Favorites" channel selection under TV Listings. Every time the app is updated all those individually selected Favorites are lost and have to be re-entered. It's very frustrating. It seems to be a problem that could be fixed, no?
I tried entering feedback via the app on my iPhone, but it was just as confusing as the website...(but that's another issue)
