I've had this problem for months and just bought a VOD movie to see if the problem went away when I upgraded the Interent speed. I just upgraded to 50Mbps Interent thinking maybe that would fix the problem.
VOD pauses then resumes throughout a whole movie making it unwatchable.
It's no wonder I don't buy movies.
And I did send a email to Support but NEVER heard back from them.
