Is this remote not universal like the older one? I just re-signed up for a verizon account, and this new remote doesn't seem to be able to program into my surround sound.
Honestly, the only reason why I'm posting here is for somebody at verizon to respond to me. I wasn't able to do live chat, there's no way that I'm going to call, and there's no email support, so this is next best I guess.
I was wondering if I could get one of the older model remotes like the RC 1445302 so that I can program my TV, STB, and Surround together all in one remote. I hate having to use 3 right now.
